All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup (if available): Same day, free of charge

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
